I know we speak mostly about Universal Orlando’s Halloween event down in Florida, but just an hour away, a just-as-exciting event, Howl-O-Scream, goes on simultaneously at Busch Gardens Tampa!  Busch Gardens recently released a video preview of one its most exciting houses, the Nightshade Toy Factory!
