Well, at the Disney D23 Expo, the official title and potential release date for the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie, On Stranger Tides, was revealed.  Summer 2011 seems a little soon for such a big film that doesn’t even have a director yet (does it?), but if the Mouse House wants to pull if off, I’m sure they can!

I dug the first Pirates of the Caribbean – the second two less so, but they were still enjoyable flicks.  I’d hope that part 4 would bring about a new storyline, rather than trying to shoehorn in a continuing saga to a film that was written without a sequel in mind.
