A group called the Patriots is hunting down people infected with an old disease called Lukos. Lukos is said to turn people into become werewolves if left untreated. Ollie and Emiko go to the Halloween parade for a fun night out. The parade is attacked by a biker gang called The Berserkers. The Patriots show up and attack the Berserkers because they turn out to be werewolves. Ollie and Emiko try to stop both groups before they hurt innocent people. Something happens to Ollie that will be explained in the next Green Arrow issue.
