Al is starting to have nightmares. Mike, his guide, is trying to figure out why. Mike gets his answers from the big guy upstairs. He takes Al to a medium. We get a flash back to all the people that Al Simmons killed when he was a soldier and agent. The nightmares are from these restless spirits. They are what his costume is made of, all of the hurt he caused is what powers his suit.

This new direction for Al is great. I am so glad he is back.
