This was a Dr. Strange focused issue. The story builds up and builds up but not a lot of details. What we do find out is the identity of the one called Rabum Alal. It’s a shocker that really makes you wonder why and how. This book has been great in the past but this issue dragged along.

Kev Walker’s art is the only thing that saves this issue. If you care about the Time Runs Out storyline pick it up, otherwise leave it.
