The story starts out in a flashback of Carters time in prison. He bashes his cellmate’s face against the toilet for making jokes about him. This  brings the story back to the present with a bloody man laying on the ground and Carter trying to get away in a car that won’t start . We see a montage right out of a cheap 80’s movie of how he got to this point. The second half of the book focuses back to issue one and how the dog got away. It also starts to explain what happened to the hitwoman Nicole. This is a pulp fiction style story told very well. This book is clearly for an adult audience. It is full of profanity, violence and nudity.

All in all a good read. I will stick around for a few more.
