We get to see a brief glimpse of Jim Downing and a recap of recent events. Spawn finds out the Wanda Blake was taken to a place called The Tunnel. Newly healed, Satan’s messenger is acquiring an army to try to take Spawn down and retrieve the costume for the Devil. Spawn seeks out the help of and old adversary, Clown. In exchange for Clown’s help, Spawn agrees to give him enough energy to shape shift into Violator again. Fantastic issue as always the story keeps unfolding in different ways.
