Jason, Roy , and Gordon Batman take on Underbelly. Roy uses a special electro magnetic arrow to put down Underbelly for good. We get to see a new villain team called Hero Manifesto who are planning to take down Red Hood and Arsenal permanently. Jason finds out Bruce is alive and Roy gets caught in a trap. All in all a good issue. It was kind of a filler issue , but a good one.
