That brilliant bastard El Mayimbe of Latino Review for his hands on the script for Platinum Dunes’ upcoming Nightmare on Elm St. review, and has a video review of it at the site. I love El Mayimbe’s reviews, and this one gives me a lot of hope for the remake. Between this, Texas Chainsaw, and […]
Damn you, DC Comics. Damn you to hell! What has inspired my anger, you may ask? Why is a DC Comics fanboy crying out in hatred towards his beloved DC Comics? Well, because, starting in June, they want to make me broke. DC Comics released their solicitations for June this week, and the new line […]
In all of this talk recently of playing the evil character, there has been very little conversation about how the game master should run an evil campaign. Three episodes of two highly rated podcasts have been dedicated to the subject of playing the bad guys. These villains won’t GM themselves after all. Though they’ll try. […]
Not sure I have any words that will prepare you for how f*cking awesome this is. (NSFW if your company has a policy against cussing Legos. But Youtube videos are probably blocked at your job anyway, so check it at home!)

Oh happy days are here again! Hard to believe it’s been six years since I’ve been able to shoot at thugs in slow-motion bullet time, talking in overly dramatic sentences, taking painkillers to make the pain pain go away as I made my way through the city’s underground, taking down one unlucky bastard at a […]

Last week writing in response to a recent Fear the Boot episode, I blogged about role playing evil characters. This week in what can only be characterized as wild coincidence, The Podge Cast recorded episode 35, Evil Urges. Guess what I’m blogging about today? The guys brought their A-game for this episode. From purely evil […]
Is it just me, or do you have to go to multiple comic shops all across town just to pick up the comics you want? I love my local comic shop, but it seems harder and harder, especially in today’s economy where most comic shops are just trying to order what they think will sell, […]
