It’s official.  Ryan Reynolds has been cast as Green Lantern.  It’s sad that they cast they guy who I felt was the least right for the part of the three final options, but, ya know, I’m a big fan of Reynolds and of the character.  I’ve got faith in his acting ability, and I hope he can pull this off.  Ryan, if you’re reading this, good luck.  And have your wife call me.  Cuz she’s Scarlett Johanssen and, ya know, other than the fact that I’m not supposed to be closer than 500 court-ordered meters of her, we’re cool, right?
