According to Bleeding Cool, the mastermind (and the mystery secret weapon that Normie Osborn is using to keep his Cabal together) isn’t Mephisto, but in fact another character with the initials MM.

Mastermind?  Master Mold?  Master Man?  Mole Man?

Am I just not intelligent enough to figure this out?
