Mr. Castle Goes to Washington is the title of this story. Frank goes in guns blazing and kidnaps the Secretary of Defense. He interrogates him to try and find out why he was set up. The only thing Frank gets is more confusion. The military closes in on his position. As he is making a run for it , Frank comes face to face with an Avenger!

This series is pure Punisher greatness!
