This issue flashes back and forth between Tim-21’s present and his past.Tim-21 is on the run from bounty hunters. Then he is back at his creation by Dr. Quon. In the present we find out that Tim-21 is equipped with deadly defenses. In the past we learn that he was assigned to a family on the colony and was happy to be with them.

I’m not gonna spoil anymore , all I can say is read this .
