I go a little crazy on Free Comic Book Day. It’s pretty rare that I only run to one comic shop. In fact, because of poor selection, in recent years, I’ve run to more and more comic shops every year. Last year, I even came across a comic shop that wasn’t participating. It was kind […]
Free Comic Book Day was all kinds of wonderful at Zeus Comics in Dallas, Texas yesterday. Store owner Richad Neal continues to support the hobby and the local comics community by bringing in great guests for the event. If you’re lucky enough, maybe you’ll hit a comic shop that will allow you more than one free comic book this Saturday, Free Comic Book Day (probably not 100 Free Comics though, like us!). We all know that, if you only get one, it HAS to be Blackest Night #0, but if you can get […]

As if the cover already wasn’t a dead giveaway, and the hints in Adventure Comics #0 didn’t clue you in, DC has revealed the star of Adventure Comics, and fans…myself included…will be […]

Two unassuming fellas from opposite sides of the country shared a love that dare not speak its name, a love for all-things geek. Way back in the early days of 2009, they created a place for this forbidden love and called it Ideology of Madness. There in the comforting nest of IoM, they spoke at […]
