Just got the bad news from Zenescope: Zenescope Entertainment and No Quarter Entertainment have decided to cancel their plan to launch the pirate-themed comic book entitled NO QUARTER which was originally set for a June 2009 release date. The venture was anticipated by Zenescope fans, especially those hungry for a pirate series. “We feel bad […]
Source: Reuters I think, if she could, my wife would trade me in for Anita Blake. And she’d have good reason. I’m a blogger and in healthcare. Anita Blake is a vampire hunter/police consultant who helps solve supernatural crimes. Apparently, in addition, she has A LOT of sex. I skipped to one of the sex […]
Yeah, we heard about Wolverine. But no, we’re probably not going to review it yet. Not that this is an integrity thing. Lord know I don’t have any of that! But it’s supposedly different from the final film, not incorporating much of the stuff from January’s reshoots. Remember that Halloween workprint that leaked before the […]
As a follow up to Francis’ post about Fallout 3 earlier today, I thought I’d post this important news bulletin. These people are brilliant. Take notes people. You know, if they had released this trailer instead of the crappy demo they put out, I probably woulda bought the game site unseen, instead of waiting for it to go on sale. Hey Atari, call me. I’ve got some ideas.
And I don’t mean “shiny” like Firefly “shiny” slang. I mean shiny as in…shiny. The Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull, the object that inspired that fourth Indiana Jones film that no one wished existed, will be available for viewing THIS Saturday, April 4th, (7 till 9:30 pm) at the Community Church, 40 E. 35th St. between Madison […]
On tonight’s live episode of the Podge Cast, the hosts will be battling over which movie in our vast history of cinema is the best movie sequel of all time. I can think of a lot of really good sequels. Empire Strikes Back, for instance, is a superior film to A New Hope. For me […]
