Recently hitting a brisk jog, but technically not a full sprint yet, is the Predators project overseen by Robert Rodriguez. This recent article presented the notion that writer/director/cook/special effect aficionado Robert Rodriguez will be involved in some capacity in resurrecting the Predator franchise. While it seems to be reported quite frequently that this new incarnation […]
I came across the band Nox Arcana on something like their ninth studio album, Grimm Tales. Don’t know who Nox Arcana is? Have you ever been to a Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights or a Busch Gardens’ Howl-O-Scream (or whatever your area does for Pauloween) and wondered what that cool, creepy music is they have […]
Some times these fan made trailers are many more layers of Earth shattering cool than anything Hollywood could produce. And this fan-made trailer of the Green Lantern movie is pretty danged cool. Of course, it has Nathan Fillion in it and I am always a sucker for that guy. I like him in everything. A […]
Of the many laudable aspects of the Memorial Day Weekend – time with friends and family, BBQ, swimming in the pool, beer – my absolute favorite is the Half Price Books 20% off sale. Abrams and his […]
Or is he? Golden Apple Comics in Los Angeles, CA seems to pull in a lot of star power, including the awesome Milo Ventimiglia. It’s a pretty well known fact that, due to the hiring of Christian Bale and the fact that he wished to play John Connor in the new Terminator: Salvation movie, massive rewrites had to occur, changing what was originally a short cameo of a scene into a major player for the majority of the picture. […]
Rob Zombie’s Halloween is one of those train wreck movies that I can’t help but be addicted. I hate the movie. I hate the movie like I hate finding a sock in the toilet at a concert. Yet, for some reason, I’ve seen it like a dozen times. And not just the theatrical version, but […]
I think naming a wooden roller coaster Terminator: Salvation, The Ride is a bit odd, but Six Flags Magic Mountain (in Valencia, CA) did just that. I’m not entirely sure if it was once a different roller coaster, or if it’s entirely new, but it does have a little bit of technology to it – […]
Hey everyone. Matt here! Terminator: Salvation is infiltrating theatres and videogame stores as we speak, but can it be categorized as the future savior of mankind or more a deadly “virus” intent on destroying us? My review of both the movie and the videogame tie in are available for your eyes after the jump!
